Building Security
Without currency security, Twistabit Coins (TBC) could have value but be subject to hacks, theft, incorrect transactions, and more.
Unfortunately, it is well-known that no code-based system can be perfectly protected at all times from malicious actors.
Therefore, Twistabit intends to use best practices for securing all Smart contracts governing the generation, assignment, storage, and transfer of TBC:
1. Have the TBC community and in particular well-known security experts review all new and updated changes to the Smart Contracts supporting TBC
2. Maintaining warning systems constantly scanning transactions for out of bounds conditions or transactions.
3. Employ the TBC community to review hacks and attacks affecting Ethereum and Ethereum-related (EVM Compatible) Blockchains, Smart Contracts, and common Smart Contract coding languages, and make suggestions for updates or patches to avoid issues with TBC
Twistabit is also investigating additional currency security practices that could assist in maintaining the best possible security for TBC, in order to enhance long-term value.
Some of these currency security practices are already in place, and Twistabit intends to fully implement all these currency security practices in 2023.
